- Oven cooking and steaming: steam is injected at regular intervals. Preset duration and temperature of 30 minutes and 180°C.
- Air frying: for cooking without immersing food in oil. Preset duration and temperature of 30 minutes and 180°C.
- Defrosting: preset duration and temperature of 20 minutes and 55°C.
- Fermentation: preset duration and temperature of 40 minutes and 40°C.
- Cleaning: two automatic steam cleaning and descaling cycles. Thanks to the 2 automatic cleaning modes included with this oven, you can quickly and easily clean the interior and accessories.
