Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded by DARFEUILLE ELECTROMENAGER (SIREN 108754755, 25 Avenue Du Bourbonnais, 23000 Guéret) via the website darfeuille-electromenager.fr, to consumers (non-professional individuals).

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. In case of error or omission, DARFEUILLE ELECTROMENAGER cannot be held liable.

Article 3 – Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (applicable French VAT). DARFEUILLE ELECTROMENAGER reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of order validation. Delivery costs are indicated separately before order validation.

Article 4 – Order

The customer's order validation constitutes acceptance of these GTC. The sale is deemed concluded upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address indicated by the customer upon validation.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) or any other method offered during payment. Transactions are secured. DARFEUILLE ELECTROMENAGER does not store any bank details.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address indicated during the order, in mainland France. Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay, DARFEUILLE ELECTROMENAGER will contact the customer. The risks associated with transport are transferred to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to: support@darfeuille-electromenager.fr. Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days following receipt of the returned product.

Article 8 – Warranties

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer.

Article 10 – Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, the customer may have recourse to a consumer mediator. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
